I didn't end up getting any work done to my computer, too old to be worthwhile. Techie Dudes diagnosed my hard drive for free, they were very knowledgeable and helpful. When I asked their opinion to fix it or buy a new tower, they gave me good, true advice. I will be returning for any computer needs I may have.

Brought my high end gaming pc in after foolishly messing with my BIOS settings, asked them to do some cable management as well. I was immediately met with a friendly face (Rob) I received daily updates on progress and was ecstatic to have my machine back to me in a short time. Customer service is top notch, as well as their technical knowledge. I feel 100% confident bringing a $5,000+ machine into them as they treat it with great care. I would recommend this company 10/10 for any hobbyists that get out of their depth or just want a little expert technical advice. Very impressed!!
