The St. Paul branch of Techie Dudes will be consolidating its operations with our Vadnais Heights location. This merger will centralize all services under one roof, ensuring enhanced customer support with an expanded team dedicated to addressing the needs of every individual who walks through our doors.

The merging date is scheduled for February 23rd, 2024.

Very professional for such a quaint White Bear Lake office location. Jeffry took my personal hard drive to the bench, to make sure I left knowing they'd be sending out for data recovery instead of working on it in house. Don't know the status of the drive recovery estimate yet, but so far I've been happy.

Techie Dudes have been amazing for me this past week. Long story short, my brand new computer stopped working and I had some important files on it. I was freaking out and they were able to explain to me what was going on and told me how to get the warranty process through dell going. The guys at Techie Dudes worked on my computer basically for a week straight, unfortunately they weren’t able to recover the files because of some encryption issues with the computer. But they didn’t charge me a single cent, were super professional, and upfront with me (they told me they probably wouldn’t be able to recover the files, so not to get my hopes up, but would try anyways), and I will definitely be returning with computer issues in the future.
