Techie Dudes helped me out when I was conned and my computer was taken over by some one trying to sell me products that I did not need. Their advice and service got me squared away . Techie Dudes was fast, fair and friendly. They have earned my business.

These guys are fabulous! home computer users and we don't know how to manage our home computers. These guys were responsive and really helpful. Home visit.....results were great.

We've been using Techie Dudes for 4 years now and they have been the best IT company we've ever used. They are quick to respond, have courteous and knowledgeable techs, and Jeff the owner is great to work with. They've helped us out quickly on many occasions where something in our system was down and it was important that we get up and running asap.

1st I had a review on here when this happened and it looks like they deleted it. This is my experience. They came recommended. I would never use them again and wish I could give negative stars. I brought in my laptop as it seemed the battery wouldn't hold it charge and would not charge at all. I was told I would hear back in 2 days. A week later and I had not heard back. I called and they said it would be a week or more not 2 days. It even said it on my paperwork 2 days. Speaking of paperwork, when I dropped it off when I got home I realized I had the wrong paperwork. This is not good as they put the passwords on this paperwork. When I finally heard back they said it was the battery and it was close to exploding. I went in and they showed it to me. When they were putting it back together so I could take it, they lost some of my screws to hold it together. So now I have weird screws. Today i was looking at and they did not put it back together right. It should not be bulging like it is in the pictures. I am also going to open it up to make sure they put everything in there and didn't take anything. I also hear something rambling around. I was told by an it expert with years of experience that even without the battery I should be able to run on the laptop while plugged in. It does not turn on.

Ean and team is awesome! The service was great. They were very quick with communication and helpful explanation with every step of the install. They even helped us find another vendor when we needed some things installed that they didn't work with. I absolutely appreciated the transparency and honesty. I would definitely recommend again.

They will more than likely delete this review because they are dishonest.. Very unprofessional place. They won't even take the risk on ordering parts on eBay. All I needed was a backplate and screen for my laptop to get fixed, and they proceeded to tell me they could not find the parts. They wanted me to buy a new laptop and pay them to do a useless data transfer.. So they did no work on my laptop. I came and picked up my laptop, it was in worse condition than when I dropped it off. They broke the bezel and one of the hinges. They also tried to keep my charger i had to sit there and ask for it for 5 minutes until they magically "found" it. I decided to fix it myself and got all the parts within a week. Absolutely ridiculous that they won't even order off of the most common place to order repair parts. Asked other repair shops and they all said it was absurd that they wouldn't be able to fix it. Terrible service very slow to answer the phone and would never recommend someone to go there unless they are looking for a spot that probably steals SSDs out of peoples systems then tells them its broken.

Very professional for such a quaint White Bear Lake office location. Jeffry took my personal hard drive to the bench, to make sure I left knowing they'd be sending out for data recovery instead of working on it in house. Don't know the status of the drive recovery estimate yet, but so far I've been happy.
