They will more than likely delete this review because they are dishonest.. Very unprofessional place. They won't even take the risk on ordering parts on eBay. All I needed was a backplate and screen for my laptop to get fixed, and they proceeded to tell me they could not find the parts. They wanted me to buy a new laptop and pay them to do a useless data transfer.. So they did no work on my laptop. I came and picked up my laptop, it was in worse condition than when I dropped it off. They broke the bezel and one of the hinges. They also tried to keep my charger i had to sit there and ask for it for 5 minutes until they magically "found" it. I decided to fix it myself and got all the parts within a week. Absolutely ridiculous that they won't even order off of the most common place to order repair parts. Asked other repair shops and they all said it was absurd that they wouldn't be able to fix it. Terrible service very slow to answer the phone and would never recommend someone to go there unless they are looking for a spot that probably steals SSDs out of peoples systems then tells them its broken.

Brought my high end gaming pc in after foolishly messing with my BIOS settings, asked them to do some cable management as well. I was immediately met with a friendly face (Rob) I received daily updates on progress and was ecstatic to have my machine back to me in a short time. Customer service is top notch, as well as their technical knowledge. I feel 100% confident bringing a $5,000+ machine into them as they treat it with great care. I would recommend this company 10/10 for any hobbyists that get out of their depth or just want a little expert technical advice. Very impressed!!

In my dealings with TD, I have found them to be responsive, competent, and extremely cost effective. They are quick to respond, have courteous and knowledgeable techs, and Jeff the owner is great to work with. They've helped us out quickly on many occasions where something in our system was down and it was important that we get up and running asap.

No one wants to be in a situation where their motherboard randomly goes kaput, but Techie Dudes were wonderful and were able to recover my data! It was a smooth process, and they were so fast. I took my computer in on Monday morning and had the data back within 24 hours. It also did not cost an arm and a leg.

My desk top would not power up. They determined the power supply died. They loaned me a used power supply while we waited for a new one to show up. When the new one came in they had it ready the next day. They also checked it over since it ran pretty slow and did a bit of an upgrade and gave me a tip on how to improve the speed (10 years old and getting slow) for no charge. Nice people. Very pleased!
